General Manager Qualifications:

General Managers are responsible for the Business Planning and Entrepreneurship of the store. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency of all Apprentice responsibilities listed below and proficiency in the following:

• Operations Accountability
  • P&L/Budget
  • Local Store Marketing
  • Internal Communications

Apprentice Manager Qualifications:

Apprentice Managers are responsible for the Administrative Management of the store. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency of the following:

• Inventory & Labor Management
• People Development
• HR Systems
• Food Safety
• Facility Maintenance
• Safety & Security

Service Manager Qualifications:

Service Managers are responsible for the Administrative Management of the store. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency of the following:

• Inventory & Labor Management
• People Development
• HR Systems
• Food Safety
• Facility Maintenance
• Safety & Security

Kitchen Managers:

As part of the leadership team, Kitchen Managers ensure that we are delivering the Chipotle experience every time with great food, contagious enthusiasm, and exceptional customer service. Part-time, full-time, your-time.
