Our Nordstrom Restaurant group consists of four different concepts: Classic Cafe, Marketplace Cafe, Cafe Bistro and Nordstrom Grill. We develop our menus regionally, ensuring that each area of the country has a menu selection to meet our customer's palate.

The Specialty Coffee group consists of three different concepts: Espresso Bar, Ebar and House Cafe & Coffee Bar. Store size, location and restaurant concept determine which specialty coffee concept will operate. Each concept serves a variety of high quality coffee and non-coffee beverages, sandwiches, salads and pastries.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage the restaurant environment by monitoring store presentation, supporting brand consistency and implementing the store strategy and action plan
• Motivating team to complete the sales process, ensure customer satisfaction, comply with company procedures, and maximize productivity and profitability
• Hiring, training, and monitoring the development of staff
• Lead your team of associates in providing strong levels of customer service

Qualifications:

• Have a passion for customer service, be solutions-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• 3-5 years experience in food & beverage service, management, hospitality, and/or retail environment
• Be flexible in your work schedule and have a desire to learn
• Food handlers card may be required according to local and/or state requirements

Each manager will complete an extensive MIT program which includes both FOH and BOH training, financial systems, invoice processing, scheduling, budgets, costs control, expense reports, vendor relationships, recruitment and hiring training.
