Village Inn's heritage of hearty, wholesome breakfasts, made with the best ingredients and served with our famous buttermilk pancakes, carries over as well to our full menu of lunch and dinner offerings.
Serving up "The Best Pie in America®", Bakers Square Restaurants began in the early 1970s as a single restaurant called "Mrs. C’s" in Des Moines, IA. Mrs. C’s served homemade fare of soups, cold sandwiches and fresh baked pies. Four decades later, Bakers Square continues to be the destination for guests who wish to enjoy everyday occasions, creative and unique fare, whether it be focaccia sandwiches, stir-fry pitas or a slice of our blue-ribbon winning pie.
While our business has grown, we've never forgotten what made us a family tradition - providing good food and good feelings at a reasonable price.
Today corporate and franchise Village Inn locations total over 250 and are concentrated in the Rocky Mountain region, the Midwest, Arizona, Florida and Texas. And Bakers Square has 146 locations in California and the Upper Midwest.
