Founded in 1982, Olive Garden is owned by Darden Restaurants, Inc., the largest casual dining restaurant company in the world.
Olive Garden was originally developed by General Mills, Inc., but in June 1995, General Mills spun off its restaurant division into Darden Restaurants, Inc. Almost 25 years later, Olive Garden remains committed to its purpose of Hospitaliano! - providing 100% guest delight through the genuine Italian dining experience.
Italy is the inspiration for all that we do at Olive Garden, from our menus to our award-winning wine list to the Tuscan farmhouse design of many of our restaurants. Most of all, we are inspired by the warmth and genuine hospitality of the Italian people, as well as the importance of family in their culture.
Our passion for Italy led us to establish Olive Garden's Culinary Institute of Tuscany in 1999, our own cooking school in Italy. Hundreds of Olive Garden team members have traveled to Tuscany to learn how authentic Italian food is prepared and to experience Italy firsthand.

Olive Garden Managers alternate between three roles: Service Manager, Sales Manager, and Culinary Manager. Upon graduation from our Manager-In-Training program, managers set the pace as leaders of the service, sales or culinary departments in one of our restaurants.
After meeting leadership standards in one role, managers rotate to another role as part of their career development. Skill development continues in all three roles as our managers journey towards senior leadership positions.
We are looking for committed professionals who will take full advantage of what we offer.
Being an Olive Garden Manager is hard work, but it is a rewarding challenge. When you join the Olive Garden family, you'll impact everything we do. You'll make decisions that make a big difference. And you'll enjoy big rewards.
As an Olive Garden Manager, you will drive our long-term success by creating an environment that combines the passion for Italian cooking with the warmth of genuine Italian hospitality. If you have 2-3 years of full-service/casual-dining management experience, don't miss the opportunity of a lifetime to join the leading Italian restaurant company in the casual dining industry!
