These are prescheduled around the country and typically feature 5 to 8 different restaurants interviewing at a single location. Career Fairs are specifically designed to optimize the recruiting process for job seekers and employers alike by allowing multiple face-to-face interviews back-to-back.

Open Houses are recruiting events organized for a one restaurant company at a time. These are typically hosted at a restaurant in the market. Candidates are prescreened and scheduled to attend based on the employers exact needs to allow for an efficient day of in-person interviews.
