These are prescheduled around the country and typically feature 5 to 8 different restaurants interviewing at a single location. Career Fairs are specifically designed to optimize the recruiting process for job seekers and employers alike by allowing multiple face-to-face interviews back-to-back.

Open Houses are recruiting events organized for a one company at a time. The interviews are typically hosted at one of the companies locations in the market, or via zoom or phone. Candidates are prescreened and scheduled based on the employers exact needs to allow for an efficient day of interviews.
