Hours: Full Time. Monday through Friday with occasional additional hours during end of month closing.
Language: Bilingual Spanish/English is ideal, but not required.

Role Overview / Job Requirements:

The Staff Accountant / AP reports to the Accounting Manager, in the Finance Department and is responsible for supporting the accounting manager with daily accounting activities such as maintaining the general ledger, recording revenues, expenditures, assets, and liabilities as well as processing payments, reconciling invoices and controlling expenses. Additional duties include forecasting financial objectives, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions, month end reconciliations, reporting 1099s, recording credit card expenses, complaining financial data, negotiating vendor pricing, managing property tax bills, credit card charge backs and more. 

Staff Accountant Requirements: 
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
- 2 years of experience in accounting, A/P and reconciliation. 
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Knowledge of operating and capital budget concepts
- Ability to analyze financial data and to prepare accurate reports in a timely fashion
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Quickbooks, or other Accounting software preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records.

The Accounting Manager is responsible for performing specialized accounting work required to maintain the accounts payable module. The Accounting Manager will direct the processing and reconciliation of invoices and payments and manage expense and budget accounts. Additional duties include managing AP vendor and invoice reconciliation, vendor relationships, maintaining accuracy of approval chains with the AP Module in ERP system, analyzing expense reports, General Ledger month and year end closing, planning and posting all journals, calculating and paying monthly sales tax, reconciling balance sheet and bank accounts, managed fixed assets, and more. 

Accounting Manager Requirements: 
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
- 2 years of experience in accounting, A/P and reconciliation. 
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable cycle and processes
- Ability to develop and establish financial policies and procedures
- Ability to effectively direct and supervise. 
- Knowledge of operating and capital budget concepts.
- Ability to analyze financial data and to prepare accurate reports in a timely fashion
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Quickbooks, or other Accounting software preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records.

The Cash Management Manager reports to the CFO, in the Finance Department and is responsible for managing the cash accounting team ensuring information is received in a timely manner, using information to accurately forecast cash flow, and maintaining bank accounts and relations. Additional duties include managing a team of cash accountant specialists, maintaining bank accounts and bank relationships, daily bank transfers and vendor payments, post journal entries, reviewing payments, maintaining accounting ledgers, and more. 

Cash Management Manager Requirements: 
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited school
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience in corporate environment using Accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot patterns and discrepancies
- Must understand general rules of Accounting
- Bilingual-English/Spanish preferred but not required
- Must have a demonstrated ability to use current and historical information to accurately project cash flow positions for up to two months.
