The ideal candidate will have recent or current experience in a High-Volume Casual-Dining operation as a Kitchen Manager, Executive Chef, Assistant Kitchen Manager, Culinary Manager, Culinary Partner, Culinary Director, AKM, or another similar BOH Kitchen Leadership position.
