Requirements:
- 6 months of shift lead experience within the restaurant, retail or hospitality industry.

Shift Leader Responsibilities:
- As a Shift Leader, you will directly assist the restaurant management team and play a critical role in the success of our restaurants
- You'll share responsibility for training and guiding other team members
- Success in this role requires the ability to work all areas within the restaurant from guest service to kitchen execution
- You'll also take the lead role in keeping operations running smoothly when other managers are absent
