Shift Supervisor Summary: The Shift Supervisor / Shift Leader improves guest satisfaction through operations, financial controls, direction of Team Members. The Shift Supervisor / Shift Leader has accountability for restaurant operations during assigned shift when management is not present. This position operates under the direct supervision of the Restaurant Manager and helps direct, train and lead the restaurant team towards 100% guest satisfaction.
Team Member Summary: The Team Member position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support, while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members. This position has direct interactions with Guests and members of the field operations team.
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
- Willing to accomplish all restaurant tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
- Ability to resolve consumer issues with tact

Shift Supervisors: The ideal candidate will have some previous leadership experience such as Shift Leader, Shift Supervisor, Team Lead, Shift Manager, Co Manager, Assistant Manager, Floor Manager, or another Restaurant or Retail management position.
Team Members: NO experience is required, though preferred experience can include: Restaurant Team Member, Crew Member, Clerk, Associate, Cook, Server, Cashier, Host, Busser, Food Runner, CSR, Customer Service, Kitchen Help, Hostess, Dishwasher or another position.
