CASHIER Job Summary: To serve each guest courteously, quickly and efficiently while adhering to procedures. Accomplishes tasks in a timely, clean and orderly manner. Greets all guests with a sincere smile, making them feel welcome through a cheerful, helpful and respectful attitude. Package food items for dine in and to go orders. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Receive money and accurately count back change. Keep service area clean and well stocked during shift and more.

COOK Job Summary: To prepare and cook food products as specified by management while adhering to specifications and procedures. Accomplishes tasks in a timely, clean and orderly manner. Set up the batter table, collects all necessary smallwares, and prepares batter mix. Use provided safety equipment. Clean filters and fryers at the designated times while following all guidelines of safety. Ensure that all food product meets the specifications, procedures and quality standards. Maintain a clean work area by practicing “clean-as-you-go” practices while following all of the guidelines/procedures of sanitation and safety, and more.

 - Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs occasionally Must be able to continuously stand and walk on hard floors during shift.
 - Must be able to push or pull trashcans, brooms, mops, and mop buckets.
 - Must be able to climb a footstool or ladder to reach items located on stock shelves, in coolers, freezers, stock rooms,etc.
 - Must be able to reach overhead, forward and underneath shelving, counters, refrigeration units, racks, tables, drink dispensers, fryers, and/or ovens.
 - Must be able to handle a variety of shapes and sizes and texture of items which include, but are not limited to, cash, coin, dairy products, produce, condiments, meat/poultry, bulk stock items and paperwork.
 - Must continuously communicate with guests, management, and other team members.
 - Must continuously listen to the needs and advice from the managers, team members, and guests in order to be aware of surroundings.
 - Must visually locate items needed, as well as to perform job duties

 - Cashiers must be at least seventeen (17) years of age
 - Cooks must be at least twenty one (21) years of age
 - All applicants must be able to work in the U.S.
