Open Houses are job fairs for one company at a time. These are very popular because of the flexibility to be organized in any city and in any week. These offer very targeted recruiting, as we source, screen and schedule candidates based on your exact needs. Open Houses can target management candidates of all levels, hourly crew members, or both. Open Houses are useful if you have needs in the months between Career Fairs, or in a market where we do not currently do Career Fairs.
We customize our sourcing to your exact specifications. We include job postings, emails, resume database searches, screening, cold calls, scheduling, confirmations, etc. You simply pick the date, time, and location, and arrive that day to interview prescheduled candidates.
To maximize candidate attendance, we start with a comprehensive advertising campaign with sponsored and boosted job postings on major job boards including ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Monster, Craigslist and FoodBizJobs. We then build on the ad program by actively sourcing job seekers via database searches on Monster, Indeed and ZipRecruiter. We also send emails to candidates from our extensive internal database. Our team also spends weeks personally calling candidates to invite them to interview.
